New Write-On app available on iTunes
Write-On Handheld users should update their POS System with the latest Write-On app released on April 23, 2012. The new app offers streamlined workflow and faster performance as well as improved memory management that resolves “Out of Memory” errors.
Installation services are usually available free of charge to restaurants that are covered by a Software Support Plan. So contact your authorized service provider TODAY and set up an appointment to integrate the new app to your current POS System…or contact ASI for more information on the ways in which the new Write-On app can streamline your business: 1-800-356-6037
WARNING: Users should not download the new Write-On app from iTunes without the assistance of a trained professional who can configure their current POS System to work with the new app.

One Year FREE RMMonitor Service
Effective January 1, 2012 ASI will provide twelve (12) months FREE RMMonitor Service to all licensed Restaurant Manager users. Once this initial service period expires the monthly service fee will run approximately $25/per month, depending on the term of your service contract. (Please contact your authorized service provider for details.)
Restaurant Manager users that have already received twelve (12) months RMMonitor Service will be invoiced for monthly service fees starting in January, 2012. Other users will be billed for service on the anniversary of the date their Restaurant Manager user license was first issued.
To ensure uninterrupted RMMonitor Service, current Restaurant Manager users should contact their authorized service provider TODAY.

Your End User License Agreement
Licensed users may transfer their user license to another business entity as long as:
- they are licensed to use the current version of Restaurant Manager
- the transfer is managed by an authorized Restaurant Manager Service Provider
- the new user accepts the terms of ASI’s standard End User License Agreement

Service Announcements
FOR USERS ON V17 OR EARLIER
- At the end of the current year, users who generate reports using pre-set date filters must manually
adjust the date filter prior to printing a report.
- Users operating in 24-Hour Mode must manually clock out employees when closing a session that
crosses over from one year to another.
FOR USERS ON V16 OR EARLIER
- Users that run the "Automatic End of Day" procedure to close a session that crosses over from 2010
to 2011 must manually clock out employees PRIOR to running the Automatic EOD.
- Users operating in 24-Hour Mode must manually clock out employees AND manually finalize the Cash
Tray when closing a session that crosses over from one year to another.
- Users who will be open past midnight on December 31st must be sure that all employees clock in prior
to midnight, even if their shift begins after midnight.
